2.1 Tour reservations are processed through Checkfront and are subject to availability.
2.2 All payments are securely processed through Stripe at the time of booking.
2.3 Ho’omau Ranch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.1 Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
3.3 No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
4.1 Participation in our UTV and Forest Tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to rough terrain, unpredictable wildlife, and weather conditions.
4.2 By booking a tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release Ho’omau Ranch, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred.
