REQUIRED ATTIRE FOR ALL TOURS:
– CLOSED shoes and long pants.
SUGGESTED ATTIRE TO BRING/WEAR:
– Light jacket, rain jacket, hat, sunscreen, bug spray, sunglass/protective eye gear, ladies…a supportive sports bra…it is a true off-road (bumpy) adventure!
REQUIREMENTS:
– All guests must sign a Liability Waiver.
– Guests must arrive 30 mins prior to scheduled appointment/tour time.
– Minors under the age of 18 must wear a helmet and protective eye gear for the duration of all tours. ATV drivers MUST wear a helmet for the duration of tour.
RESTRICTIONS FOR ALL TOURS:
-ALL DRIVERS WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY AT TOUR GUIDES DISCRETION. DRIVERS MUST FOLLOW DIRECTIONS FROM TOUR GUIDES AT ALL TIMES, FOLLOW GUIDES AT ALL TIMES, STAY ON THE PATH AT ALL TIMES, AND HAVE FULL CONTROL/TWO HANDS ON THE ATV/UTV AT ALL TIMES. PHONE USE WHILE DRIVING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. DRIVERS MUST COME TO A COMPLETE STOP WHEN USING PHONE/TAKING PICTURES, ETC. DRIVERS MUST STOP IN A FLAT/SAFE LOCATION ALLOWED BY TOUR GUIDES ONLY. DRIVERS PLEASE USE BEST JUDGEMENT AND DO NOT RUN OVER ROCKS, WHEN IN ROCKY AREAS PLEASE DRIVE SLOW.
***DRIVERS/GUESTS WHO DO NOT FOLLOW TERMS STATED HERE, WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN***
-Intoxication and/or alcohol consumption while on tour/driving ATV/UTV/HORSEBACK is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
-Tour Guide may end tour at anytime if rules and regulations are not followed or if drivers are acting in an unsafe manner (at Tour Guides discretion).
– Back/health issues.
– Pregnancy; No pregnant guests may ride.
– Riders must have no health issues/concerns, back problems that may be affected by uneven terrain, bumpy rides or horse back riding and UTV/ATV riding.
Guest Physical Restrictions for horse tours:
– Under 240 lbs.
– Under 6’ 6”
Guest Physical Restrictions for UTV/ATV tours:
– Under 300 lbs.
– Under 6’8”
CANCELLATION/REFUND:
-Guests who appear to be intoxicated (at Tour Guides discretion) upon arrival, the tour will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
-Guests acting in an unsafe manner (at Tour Guides discretion) will be escorted off the property and no refund will be given
– There will be No Refund if booking is cancelled within 48hrs of the event.
– There will be No Refund if Guest does not like the weather.
– There will be a Full Refund if Tour Guide cancels the event for any reason including unsafe weather.
